Cancelations & Returns Policy
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return unwanted goods. This cooling-off period gives you 7 working days in which you can return your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received by the customer. We kindly ask customers returning goods to ensure that the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all user information. The Distance selling regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a physical store. We ask when returning goods to ensure they are still in perfect, re-sellable condition.
If you choose to exercise your right to return goods, please contact us in writing. We ask that you could provide us with your name, address, invoice number, details of items being returned and the reason for return, please submit this via email to email@example.com. We will send you the correct address to return the goods, please note that returns are at the customer’s expense.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide a tracking number and/or evidence that the goods have been returned back to us. We ask that you ensure that goods are packed with adequate packaging to guarantee that no damage is caused in transit. We will not take responsibility for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them. If in doubt about any aspect of our returns policy, please either email or phone us and we will be happy to help.
Damaged and Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked and thoroughly inspected before being dispatched from our warehouse. If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your return/exchange request we may agree an exchange or credit and will provide instructions to return the item. Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unused and still sealed in the original packaging. Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
